Healthy Hedonism: Apple Cider Vinegar

People like to be bothered. When someone talks about what a hassle you are, it isn't purely to vent or warn others, as much as it is their taken opportunity to bring you up. Because they like you. Because you bother them. Your annoying quirks are what endear you to a person, more than your positive attributes or kindness or helpfulness; your talents may be impressive but they will never make someone love you the way they will when you assert your arbitrary-but-firm preferences.

Apple cider vinegar, the juice of fermented apple must, is a known digestive aid and bacterial-infection-clearing miracle liquid - but did you also know that it can cause irritability and nervousness? Exactly! The two real emotions that can cause you to seem annoying to those around you can be found in apple cider vinegar!

Drink up.
